As we are committed to your care It is necessary for patients to make appointments in order to obtain a prescriptions.

We offer a courtesy Reminder and Recall Service. Patients will be sent reminders for repeat/routine preventative procedures (eg CST, Breast Screen & Colonoscopy) and vaccinations. Please Note: this is an “Opt Out” service. As such, please notify reception if you do not wish to receive this service.

Chermside Wavell Family Practice is a private medical practice. All fees are to be paid at time of consultation by either cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

Veteran affairs patients are welcome. This Practice supports men and women of the services.

Sterilisation of operating instruments is via a modern autoclave, according to Australian Standards. Other equipment (such as needles and syringes) are disposable. Our infection control procedures conform to RACGP standards and AGPAL accreditation standards.
